The wilderness. It’s a place we wish we could avoid, but one that we often find ourselves as well. These are the places where life feels pathless, like we are wandering with no direction. These are the places where we feel dead, begging God to breathe life into us. These are places that feel isolating, alone and questioning if God is who He says He is.
This wilderness journey is not simply a picture of hard circumstances. It is a picture of this life on earth: we have been redeemed, but we are not in the Promised Land yet. Life here on earth often leaves us with questions about who God is. But this study will show us who our Great God is. He is the One who goes with you through this great wilderness, and because of it, you lack nothing.
The God of the Promised Land is the same God in the Wilderness.
